His responsibilities extend to contract management, where he meticulously oversees all documents integral to business transactions, ensuring that each line item is meticulously signed and documented. Louie seamlessly manages communication with clients, co-oping agents, lenders, and closing attorneys, ensuring that contractual obligations are met promptly.
